The label “post-80s” was once a controversial term that people born in the 1980s resisted. it stands for rebellion and responsibility. but the perception has changed with the time, the post-80s image has in recent years rehabilitated, for the young generation’s effort to prove themselves.

The film post-80s, by first-time director li fangfang, reflects this situation. the film tells a story of an orphaned girl, as she grows from a 16 year-old high school student into a 27 year-old professional. the fighting girl gives the post-80s new image, they are positive to life, fighting for their future with continuous effort.

Now when people talk about the post-80s, they are no longer meant to the negative impression, they praise for this generation, for their effort to overcome the great pressure in today’s competitive world. the post-80s are no more the princess and princes, they have grown up, they are the future and the country’s hosts.

The post-80s have grown up, they are fearless and find their own places in this world. i belong to this generation, and i am so proud of that.

现在当人们谈到80后的时候，他们不再意味着消极的印象，人们赞扬这一代，因为80后付出努力，来克服今天竞争激烈的'世界带来的压力。80后不再是王子和公主，他们已经成长，他们是未来，也是国家的主人。

80后已经长大，他们无所畏惧，在世界上找到了他们自己的位置。我属于这一代，为此我很自豪。

I can never forget the summer in 1996. I went through an extremity of despair due to my failure in the National College Entrance Examination. It seemed that my dream of being a university student would never come true. One evening my father came and told me the story of Steven Callahan, who was crossing the Atlantic alone in his sailboat when it struck something and sank. It was a miracle that he survived and was found 76 days later(the longest anyone has survived a shipwreck on a life raft alone). Later in his narrative he wrote these sentences “I tell myself I can handle it .Compared to what others have been through I’m fortunate”。

Hearing these sentences I felt something important struck me. I belived my life would mot be that bad and it was proved to be true. Later during my study in the university I always told myself “I can handle it” when my own goals seemed far off or when my problems seemed too overwhelming and every time I said it ,I always came back to my senses.

Now I work as an English teacher in a middle school. Whenever my students complain about their difficulties in study or want to give up, I will tell the same story of Callahan to them. Don’t forget to work hard on your schoolwork and piano lessons.” In my parents’ points of view, playing basketball is a waste of time.

As far as I’m concerned, the school assignment to the junior school students is too heavy. To grow into healthy and well-rounded adults, we should be allowed to have more me-time for relaxation. The pressure put on our students by excessive schoolwork can cause serious stress, which is unhealthy physically and mentally.

My dear teachers, I hope you can assign less homework so we students can enjoy a period of me-time. My dear parents, would you please not follow me and remind me of study all the time? Please trust me that I will do my best. My dear friends, why not stop for a while from your heavy homework and do anything you like? It’s me-time. I do think, that a reduction of the current heavy load would be beneficial to us students and to the society as a whole. Finding me-time will make our life rich, colorful and rewarding.

Job satisfaction can never be achieved if the employee'seducation,skils and interests.Finally,job satisfaction is closely associated with being part of the decision-making process in the company as well as having opportunities for promotion Let's leave that there, now, let's come to the last part: how to achieve job satisfaction.
